The assessing
phases

Determined and regulated by the Quality Assurance protocol, all our suppliers must undergo an extensive and elaborate vetting procedure.

 

The main purpose of the process is the standardization, continuous supervision of the service, and ultimately, the permanent evaluation of our suppliers’ performance.

 

Once the standardization is established during the vetting and onboarding phases as the prior conditions for any further cooperation with Limos4, the supplier’s evaluation begins through the auditing and evaluating phases.

 

The evaluating phase consists of frequent onsite audits done by our Affiliate Manager and constant monitoring actions done by Limos4 dispatch team.

 

To avoid subjective and unrealistic assessment, we have engaged the science so relevant aspects of the supplier`s performance are precisely measured, accurately graded, and entered into the supplier evaluation score sheet.

 

The evaluation score sheet contains relevant performance categories which are rated separately, from 1 to 5, and then multiplied by a weight factor that determines the importance of each individual category, as they are not all equally relevant.

 

All these rates form the final score of the supplier, which presents a solid and definite set of information enabling Limos4 management to evaluate the supplier in an objective and realistic manner.

Not everybody
makes
the cut

The summary of all categories and subcategories results in a final score (0-100), but not only that. It also points out all strengths and weaknesses for a specific supplier, trimmed down to the smallest details.

The evaluating phase lasts indefinitely and it measures the supplier`s responsiveness, compliance, flexibility, the number and nature of the complaints and drivers` performance by recurrent quality control audits.

Limos4 is responsible to keep track of any positive or negative changes in any of the categories and react accordingly.
